  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
